When our Alaskan Malamute was diagnosed with an untreatable brain tumor the Doctor's were there for us. They called multiple times a week to see how 'Chakotay' was doing and monitored his progress until the end. It made us feel so much more at ease that we were being helped by someone who not only had the medical knowledge and background, but someone who was filled with empathy and compassion for our situation.
